Beautiful people, interesting wine
“Everyone was welcoming and kind, and the hostess was very accommodating and spoke English very well. The family is proud of their wines, and carefully explained each (in well spoken English!). Tasting was easy going, no pressure to buy their very affordable (6,5 euro) wine. A wonderful side trip in a beautiful place. This winery is well worth a stop!“

Friendly, family owned business
“We were given a really friendly welcome, a tour of the cellar and we were told about the history and processes involved in producing this wine. This is a perfect way to spend an hour and make sure you leave with a few bottles (at least!) Highly recommend for the friendly service alone!“

Marlais does not disappoint!! Must try!
“This fantastic family owned and run winery is a gem. They may be small but the flavor their wine packs is not. I’d highly recommend stopping by for a tasting and seeing what a well made Croatian wine really tastes like. The charming tour we got alongside our tasting was so informative and fun!“
