Unlike its brother Dišpet, Dry white wine Rišpet matures for a year in wooden barrique barrels, followed by aging on fine lees with constant stirring. Oak barrels from Croatia and France give this wine a full body, ripe aromas of stone fruit, almonds and hazelnuts, and the color of old gold. It is complex and suitable for longer aging. Its rounded, full flavor is best served at temperature of 8 to 12°C.

The autochthonous Dalmatian varieties Rukatac, Pošip and Dubrovnik Malvasija from our vineyards located on the steep slopes of the Peljesac peninsula in the town of Ponikve, give an excellent blend, which, after pressing, finishes fermentation in barrique barrels.

This old gold colored wine has a full body and ripe aromas of stone fruit, making it an excellent companion to seafood risotto and creamy cheeses.
