An elegant Extra Brut sparkling wine produced from a carefully balanced blend of indigenous Dalmatian varieties — Pošip, Rukatac and Dubrovačka malvasija. Crafted in the 2025 vintage using the Charmat method, this sparkling wine reveals exceptional purity, precision and freshness.
The nose is delicate yet expressive, offering notes of citrus zest, white Mediterranean flowers, green apple and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, the wine is completely dry, vibrant and finely structured, with persistent bubbles and a long, saline finish that reflects its Adriatic origin.
With 13% alcohol, it combines freshness and depth in a sophisticated, gastronomic style, perfectly suited for oysters, shellfish, raw fish and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
